The crew tackles some hot and poignant topics today, in the wake of several popular news stories. Everyone’s got burning questions like “What will happen to Mario’s voice now that Charles Martinet is retiring?” and “How can we make more video games accessible to audiences now that over 87% of all published games are unavailable in the retail market?” Joe takes the chat in a slightly different direction, and we discuss mobile gaming, how far it’s come in the last decade, and how gamers can enjoy it on-the-go without falling to some of the more predatory tactics. To wrap everything up, Ed gets meta and invites the listeners to share games and music that they’ve fallen in love with through podcasts. As always, there’s lots of laughs, great music, and some interesting conversation!
